Isaiah Kalinowski

Isaiah Kalinowski, Vaccine Lawyer Isaiah Kalinowski practices Vaccine Law from the downtown Washington, D.C. offices of Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. Prior to joining the firm, he spent the preceding four years as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims, drafting judicial orders and decisions on the law and science of vaccine injuries, and working on the very sort of Vaccine Injury claims he now prosecutes on behalf of our clients.

Previously, Isaiah worked as a private litigation attorney, specializing in commercial litigation, religious liberties, and other civil rights litigation, and has litigated cases before both state and federal courts in Virginia and New York.

Mr. Kalinowski is a graduate of Wabash College and Regent University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and New York State, the Federal District Courts of the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
